Custom Pet Portraits

Can I see the pet portrait before printing?

Yes, BelovedPaw offer free previews and unlimited edits on all orders. You usually see a proof of your pet art 1-3 days after placing your order. Request any edits or approve for printing and shipping.

Do you do all animals?

Absolutely! We create custom pet products for all types of pets, from cute bunnies to lovely birds, using their photos.

Is my photo good to use?

Most likely, yes! Our artists can create a portrait from almost any pet photo. If your photo doesn’t meet our criteria, our team will contact you and assist you in selecting a better-suited photo.

How do you produce your artwork?

Our studio doesn’t use traditional oil paints on canvas.Instead, we specialize in digital painting using advanced software and graphic tablets. Through this method, we meticulously transform your photo into a stunning pet portrait, utilizing detailed digital brushstrokes, blending techniques, and professional photo editing to create a modern, vibrant piece of art.

Can I have more than one pet in my portrait?

Some of our pet portrait products allow you to include multiple pets in one portrait, with just a small additional fee. For more details, please check the product page.

Shipping and Payment

What are the shipping times?

Most orders are delivered within 1-2 weeks. You can also choose “Skip the Line” or expedited shipping at checkout if you’re in a hurry.

Order Timeline:

  • Order Confirmed: Orders are confirmed daily at 8:00 PM ET. We also check your photo’s quality — if needed, we’ll email you.
  • Artwork Creation: 1-3 days
  • Artwork Approval: You’ll have 72 hours to approve or request changes. If we don’t hear back, we’ll proceed with printing. Unlimited revisions are included!
  • Quality Check & Printing: 1-2 business days.
  • Shipping: 4-6 business days.

What are the shipping cost?

We offer FREE shipping within the U.S. on all orders over $100!
For U.S. orders under $100, a flat-rate shipping fee of $9.95 applies.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order is shipped, we’ll provide you with a tracking number to monitor its progress.

What should I do if my order doesn’t arrive on time?

Please contact us immediately if you experience any issues with delivery, and we’ll work quickly to resolve them.

Returns and Refunds

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

If you recently placed an order but changed your mind, you may cancel it for free as long as we haven’t confirmed it yet. We confirm orders once per day at the following times:

  • Eastern Time (ET): 8:00 PM
  • Central Time (CT): 7:00 PM
  • Mountain Time (MT): 6:00 PM
  • Pacific Time (PT): 5:00 PM

Once your order is confirmed, cancellation is no longer possible as our artists begin working on your artwork immediately. If you still wish to cancel after confirmation, a cancellation fee will apply based on how far along your order is in production.
